All product descriptions, specifications, and performance characteristics are presented for general informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Golf balls are subject to normal wear, impact damage, and performance variability based on use, environmental conditions, and individual playing style.

By purchasing or using any Off Days products, the customer acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the handling, striking, or use of golf balls, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from golfrelated activities. The customer agrees to use all products in a safe and responsible manner consistent with standard golf practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Days, its owners, coowners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, or use of our products. This includes, without limitation, claims arising from negligence (excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct), improper use, environmental conditions, or any factor beyond the reasonable control of Off Days.

By completing a purchase, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this combined Product Disclaimer and Liability Waiver and accepts full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all products.
